fix: simplify and correct branch operation tests
- Remove tests for non-existent cleanupBranch function - Fix mock setup to match actual setupBranch signature (Octokits not Octokit) - Update assertions to match actual BranchInfo return type - Simplify tests to avoid executing actual shell commands - Add comprehensive test coverage for branch naming and context handling Co-authored-by: kashyap murali <km-anthropic@users.noreply.github.com>
