- Use feat/enhanced-mode-routing branch to test new track_progress feature
- Enable track_progress to get tracking comments
- Add synchronize trigger for updates
- Changed from direct_prompt to prompt (v1 migration)
- Removed allowed_tools as they're not needed with the new routing
