pprof: take cpu and memory profiles by setting environment variables
When run in standalone mode, the environment variables
`DOCKER_BUILDX_CPU_PROFILE` and `DOCKER_BUILDX_MEM_PROFILE` will cause
profiles to be written by the CLI.
